13.09.25 GRASS CAM Test Piece Milled

Attached is the grasshopper definition, rhino model, gcode, and image.  The swarf milling is substantially faster than rhinocam as a result of lower resolution.  Lower res = less acceleration/deceleration motion between G01 commands.  Users must still open the curve offset cluster to double check inside/outside curve offsetting.
