After a while for searching a basic tool for wind analysis, I have decided to code my own, you may check it from the Appstore and Google Playstore. The name of the app is ArchPLUS, you may import your own 3D mode or create geometries directly inside it. Besides, I have created a desktop version for Windows and Mac, as well.
