We are pleased to share the research undertaken in our 2012FA Pratt | Form, Force, Matter Seminar.
Form, Force, Matter investigates form-finding by way of "analog machines" and physics-based simulation to develop architectural prototypes. Through parallel research techniques - hands-on force active study models and simulated digital models - the course seeks to produce intuitive design workflows and innovative structures.
Much of this work was developed from techniques related to our upcoming webinar on Simulation using Grasshopper and Kangaroo!
