POLYLINE PROBLEM

Hey I am a beginner and I have two questions:

1.- I want to change de order of the numbers in a polyline I have devided in order to be easier to relate them for the next step in my process.
2.- I want to creat a polyline from those conected points (A1,B1,C1,D1)

    Probably need a bit more information to understand what it is you want exactly.

     

    What criteria do you use to choose the order that they should be changed to?

    What do A1, B1, C1 and D1 represent?

     

    Some files or a picture might help.
