I was wondering if there is a definition in which you can generate a surface which is crooked and has inclinations, very similar to that of a climbing wall, because that's what I am trying to generate, a climbing wall. Please, see image for reference.
I think it matters what kind of tessellation pattern you are thinking of. I guess it has something to do with the idea of climbing because you need many sharp protrusion to allow a grip while you climb.
After tessellation is much easier.
Another way is that you could consider triangles being applied onto a surface, where I think in your reference image, there is some surface overlapping each other.
