A new tool for grasshopper named Mantis which allows to interact with Mathematica7 directly, the first 3 tools are for generative Cellular Automata "CA"
this is great, any other usages besides cellular automata? mathematica has amazing capabilities i will be really interested in polyhedra creation and fluid simulation
thanks!
Hi David, you dont need .nb file.
there is a sample file Mantisv0.1.00.ghx with the plugin, if the file didn,t work, be sure that you have a C:\Program Files\Wolfram Research\Mathematica\7.0\AddOns\LegacyPackages\MathWorld\ CellularAutomata.m
or you can download the packge free from: http://library.wolfram.com/infocenter/MathSource/4775
download MathWorldPackages.zip for mathematica 6 and put the package in the same previous path
i am preparing new tools and updates.
inform me if that works or not

Just a quick question. Can Mantis use a Mathematica installation on the mac OSX, or it has to be installed as a PC version?
Fantastic job by the way:o)
