Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I keep getting this message whenever i turn simulation reset from true to false...

"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index"

I am using two spring components to simulate...what does it mean... is there any problem in parameters, cause the definition used to work fine...

Hi all,

I have similar problems before, I realized that it may be the simulation engine limitation:

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

1. The Forces input must be Flattened.

2. All points bust be somehow interacting with each other, either a spring or something.

2.1 This mean there is only one system and one object.

2.2 This means there should not be any points flying freely.

3. The Geometry input must not have any points that has not be applied with any force.

See if this helps.

Well i tried flattening the forces input...it dint work
All the points are connected to each other using spring component
And there is no Geometry input

I'll attach the file... can you have a look... maybe i am missing something here...

Increase the iteration slider to full value first... and then enable the kangaroo component... when you are ready to simulate..since file gets a little heavier as you do so..

Maybe its the proximity links that kangaroo is not registering as connections..
