WISH: Value List Custom Tooltips

Hello!

Was just thinking it would be cool to be able to specify some custom tooltips for the Value List Component.

Currently we input data as such:

Displayed Text = Output Value

Could something be added after this to go into a tooltip for custom notes about that particular selection?

Perhaps:

Displayed Text = Output Value {This is a custom tooltip}
