What is this? (weird cluster component)

So I was working with 3 tessellation components, and i errased them by accident, or so i thought, and my computer isnt very fast so it took a while before it was restored, tho i noticed taht a new component had replaced all of the tessellations and had conectd itself to where they were so... any ideas on hwo i did that?

And what is it? because I used every single component with the name cluster on it and non works... or looks waaaayyy different from what i got
