Weaverbird + attractor

My question is..how to make an attractor point that affect a weaverbird mesh? 'Til now these are my steps..

1.- .......
2.-.....
3.- ....

I wanna affect some components (marked with letters A B C D) by an attractor point..HOW I DO THAT?
