What is the definition to make triange surfaces from a 3d populated box like in the picture?(I want the closest vertexes to make a triangle)

Have you tried using the Delaunay triangulation component?

It works in a plane, but as your points seem fairly flat it may work for you in this case.

I used it. Didnt get really lucky with it. It connects points far from each other, i want one vertex to connect with the 2 vertexes closest to it.

By default the Delaunay component projects into the XY plane to solve, but you have the option to provide it with a different plane in the Pl input. It looks like you need the XZ plane
