Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello All,

I just have a fast question about the Delaunay component. I have two sets of points. Each is in its own branch of a tree. I want to create two Delaunay meshes. These will be separate meshes. When I connect the Delaunay component it creates two meshes, but each is just taking all the points and triangulating them in different ways. Why is this? Is there any way around this. I have Grasshopper and Python within my ability to use for this issue. Does anyone have any ideas of how to generate two completely separate Delaunay meshes?

Thanks in advance,
Connor

I can't repeat what you're describing, can you post a file that shows the problem?

If I have two separate branches I get two separate meshes.

Hi David, thanks so much for the help! I was mixing up my tree structure between the operations in my script, so things were going wrong. I did some troubleshooting, discovered the issue and rectified it. Thanks so much though for the amazingly speedy response!
