Something problerm with Extrude An Curve along the Curve rail using C#

It is So easy to Extrude an curve along the curve rail in Rhino using Rhino command.

But It is hard to using C# code to do that, I writting some C# code as below, But it is work fine when the rail is an polyline, I don't know Why. Is  there any method to extrude an Curve along the NURBS Curve rail.

It is a good method to geranerate an solid,But it will has something problem in this aspect.

look the picture as below:(as the code you show abow, dash point line will be gernerate)

Both profile at both side of rail curve are perpenticular, ThankYou.
