Self intersection curve from (BRep|Plane)

I got a bad behavior from the (BRep|Plane) command from this geometry, a self intersecting curve is resulted.

Actually I find this geometry very troublesome, Boolean command in GH cannot process it, however Rhino Boolean give me a correct result. I wonder why Gh and Rhino will behave differently this way.

This geometry also fail when fed into the (Trim curve with BRep).

Please see if this is a bug or something.
