RhinoVault Push/Pull Locally

Hello, I know this is a Grasshopper forum but there isn't really a RhinoVault forum.

For those of you who work with RhinoVault, would anyone have any suggestions of obtaining what the arrows suggest in the picture below?

My question is how to locally change the height of the structure, since you can only change the Vault Height Scale in rv Settings. 

Any suggestions? Thanks.
