Repeate curve in heart shape

Hi 

I have a problem.  generate this interpolate curve between some point on 4 curve.... now I want this curve replicate along the other point creating like a vortex shape.

just to understand I need to create a grid shell with heart shape 

Basically the curve I have it's just the first .. now I need the others

I tried with series but I cannot understand what I'm doing wrong

anyone can help me ?
