Reorganizing data in a tree after flatening

Hi

I have a list of points and I need transform it into a tree structure with each branch containing a four point sequence.

example

input has no branches: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12....

desired output is: 1,2,3,4 - 5,6,7,8 - 9,10,11,12 - ...
