algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi guys. I have a simple problem Cant seem to solve it lol. I cant remember what to use.

Imagine I have Populate 2d on a plane and drew a circle in the rectangle. I basically want to extract the points that is OUTSIDE the circle. How do I go about doing that?

I only know how to use RDiff on grids, but not sure on how to tdo it for points. Thanks!!!

i believe points in curve is suitable for this case. (curve tab/analysis)

Hmmm any tips on the expression? Does it matter if the points are on the same flat line or not?

Because currently the list of points that I am using is not on the same level, but on different heights.

I can only get points in the circle, not outside. I'll grab a screenshot soon.

to get the outside you have to right click the pattern input and select invert as Danny Boyes described in his screenshot.

If you only have one Curve then its [Point In Curve] otherwise you need [Point In Curves] plural

The [Integer Division] Component is there to make sure that the coincident points fall inside for the purpose of this. If you want them then omit it.

and because they are not called point outside curves you need to invert the pattern to get it to work as you want.
