Real time reaction in Rhino Script

Hi,

I have two points drawn in Rhino and a line is created between two points in Grasshopper. When I drag the point in Rhino, the line is updated immediately. 

Is it possible to have the same effect when the line is drawn in Rhino script? Now I need to click the "Run" button again after the point is moved.
