This is a way to accomplish the effect in your second image.  The yellow group creates a rounded surface to be used as a cutter.  The white group:

  1. extrudes your 'Boundary' surfaces.
  2. splits the extrusions using that rounded surface ('Split Brep').
  3. intersects the extrusions with that surface ('BBX') to get curves used by 'SrfSplit' to get the top, closing surface for the bottom parts of the split extrusions.

Thank you very much Joseph, that's an amazing help from you. this is what i want to get !

i will  understand this steps and try it with another pattern

Thanks again!

Great.  Keep in mind that any surface will work for the cutter; the yellow group may be a little obscure...  Basically, it pulls the center point up and recreates the surface.  The real work happens in the white group.  Nice "motif" pattern.

The first image is just an array of square pattern. The only thing is to rotate the pattern 0 90° and so on. Depending if the layer is odd or even.

Draw the pattern in rhino and then you could panel it. Panelling tool has surely the good component.
