algorithmic modeling for Rhino

With no uncertainty, this has been driving me up the wall.  Help is appreciated  I have two tasks I'm trying to complete.

1.  I'm trying to collect lines where a 3D voronoi cell intersects with a wall and maintain those lines as part of a given cell that can be indexed or listed.  The objective is to then generate the largest possible circle within the cell and offset that circle inwards a given measurement

2.  The other thing I'm trying to collect is the corner points where those lines meet up. From there smaller circles will be generated as subordinates.  Ideally the size of those circles would be defined by not overlapping each other and not overlapping the circles made in within the cells.

I know, I know, I could just place circles at the centroid, and I've managed a pretty good defintion based on the centroids.  I could be happy with that, but I'm not.  It doesn't really pack.  With centroid based circles, they will eventually overlap each other because any one circle doesn't really know about the other.
