Pick the smaller among different lists

Hi guys,

sorry for the stupid question, but I really can't figure this out:
Let's say I have a number of lists, how do I pick, among them, line per line, the one has the smallest value?

Here an example of how it should work:

The only way I thought is to compare two at a time with the "smaller than" component, picking out the smaller and then comparing it with the next. But what if I have a big number of lists? Is there any better way to do so?
