Parametric facade fins problem

Hi. I am new to grasshopper although I've used Rhino for years. I'm attempting to create a definition that I believe should be quite simple. I am trying to create a facade system of vertical fins that are all the same size and distributed around each floor plate. I want to be able to vary certain parameters in the system - most importantly rotation (as seen in the screenshot below I took from a blog), but also potentially their distribution across the facade. Ideally, the rotation, size and distribution could be determined by using an attractor curve, but I'm getting way ahead of myself. Does anyone have an existing definition of something like this? As I said, I'm very new, so anything I could look at to learn from would help a ton.
