Open close Rhino from Matlab

Hey all,

Currently I try to find a way to open and close rhino/grasshopper from Matlab to integrate Matlab and grasshopper for optimization purpose in matlab. 

the workflow:

Matlab input - grasshopper generate - matlab optimize - grasshopper generate......

Currently I try link grasshopper with matlab through csv file. For optimization, this may not work. Or is it possible?

But I think for iterations in optimization, the Rhino at the back must be closed and opened during the process. 

Is there a direct matlab command to do this?

Should I involved any .dos command?

Any advise would be much appreciated.
