Not able to intersect extrusions

Hi friends,

As a beginner to grasshopper my query may sound silly but requesting you to help as could not found solution in any tutorials.

I am making extrusion of surface generated from curve and trying to intersect such two with help of solid intersection. This yields output to null.

Hi Foru,

if you bake those breps to Rhino they also won't BooleanIntersect. The Breps you are trying to intersect are not closed and they have totally messed-up inside/outside data:

I think the way you construct these shapes has to change so you end up with valid Breps.

I think Rhino doesn't even like Breps that have two separate volumes only connected with a single edge or point. You may have to treat each diamond as it's own individual shape.
