algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi guys,I am having problem in finding an efficient method to reproduce the actions shown in the diagram below using grasshopper. I am very new to the program but do not have the luxury of time to learn it slowly hence a good advice or suggestion to this issue is very much appreciated. Below the diagram is the explanation for the diagram.
1. A set of cubes and cuboids with random sizes
2. A given plot of land. (Site boundary)
3. Collision of the said cubes with random force, direction and orientation.
1 and 2 is basically done. 3 is the main problem i am facing. Thank you in advance !
cheers,
Michael

Edit - 3.Collision of the said cubes INTO the SITE BOUNDARY with random force, direction and orientation.
I think you'll need Kangaroo for this. Grasshopper has no bouncy-bouncy solvers by itself. But learning Kangaroo will add a significant amount of time to your already stressed schedule I think.

Hi David, thanks for the reply.
Maybe you can advise me which part of kangaroo can create set this parameters up so that i can just focus on the particular field hence reducing the amount of time needed to learn it from scratch.
I do not know Kangaroo well enough for that. I have a vague idea of the sorts of systems Kangaroo can solve but Daniel is typing away furiously and whenever I look away for a week or two new awesomeness has been added.
