Need help!!! fractallike grasshopper definition
Hi,
I am a graduate student in Middle East Technical University and I am working on my term project.
I created a pattern with mirrorin a point from surfaces of polygon and I connected these points to get a fractal. I succeeded to do it with lines. However, we are supposed to take a 3d prototype from rapidprototyper. ı tried to connect pipe to the lines but there are at least 20000 lines in the best case so rhinoceros and grasshopper crashes. I also noticed that there are lots of overlapping lines. So how can I get rid of these overlapping data..

You can delete duplicate lines with the Kangroo plug-in:
http://groups.google.co.uk/group/kangaroophysics
Also, to try to keep GH from crashing with pipe you can try changing the display setting to wireframe or even turn off display for the pipe component (and bake without previewing).
Maybe you can just bake the lines and then pipe them. There are several PipeAll Rhinoscripts floating around. Here for instance:
