algorithmic modeling for Rhino

move sub surfaces

hello there,

I'm trying to move the subsurfaces with a parabolic direction (in the 3dm file you can see the center is moving further than the borders), I'm trying with graph mapper with no result, I'm thinking to use sin/cos functions, but still thinking!

any suggestions?

For starters you could re-order the surfaces so that those closest to the centre moved the most. And use these distances to the centre to remap to the parabola domain.
