morph geometry onto surface with points

Hello all!

is there a way to morph geometry onto a surface with points so that it is printable.

I already placed the geometry onto the surface with "orient" but then I have gaps between the geometry and the surface.

I also tried the "surface morphing" but then I don't get the pattern I wanted...

It would be great if someone has any idea how I can get my geometry morphed onto a surface using the points on the surface.
