MIDI Problem

Hi!

I just begin with grasshopper. Thanks for all you've done that's amazing.

I am actually working on a project: I want to burn my music on Fisher Price discs.
here you can see a sketch which basicaly show how I want to do it, and there you can see how looks like this kind of disc.

I just have a problem with MIDI. Does anybody know how to extract the "clock" of a MIDI file. I mean a txt data where I could see the different "moments" which each note is being played? Or does anybody know how to control grasshopper with a MIDI controller?

I still posted on forums about MID but nobody answer me, so I try here.
