Middle button functionality

I'm sure this has been asked for, but here goes...

Would be nice to have a middle button function that would popup a user-configured toolbar à la Rhino, you could put your most used components on it...  or for those that like it it could perhaps popup the markov widget under the cursor.  Anyway, just a thought for the UI...  --Mitch
