Mesh Unfolding and Tags

Guys, I need to:

1.unfold the mesh (may be in parts to make the job easier)

2.tag the angles and the sides together if possible.

For the task to be simple i have color coded the mesh into horizontal strips. Each strip i wish to unfold and tag with the angles ready to laser cut. I can definitely do the unfolding part in Rhino but i wish to tag the angles between each triangular piece so that i can have them bend rather than weld each piece together. I am unable to do so in Rhino. Can someone guide how can i go about this problem in Grasshopper.
