Mesh Unfolding and Tags

Guys, I need to:1.unfold the mesh (may be in parts to make the job easier)2.tag the angles and the sides together if possible.For the task to be simple i have color coded the mesh into horizontal strips. Each strip i wish to unfold and tag with the angles ready to laser cut. I can definitely do the unfolding part in Rhino but i wish to tag the angles between each triangular piece so that i can have them bend rather than weld each piece together. "the thing is that i used the panelling tools to generate a set of panels on a surface. hence i have an extruded polysurf as a panel. now when i proliferate it on the surface, according to the surf modulation it spreads so obviously the panels will…"
