Making rotation facade

Hi everyone

 I try to make rotation facade. I tried sometime but I am not able to do that.

I want to make a surface to divide it into square panels and make square panel into 2 parts like triangles. and with an attraction point the triangle panels go to open like attached picture.

I attached a picture that what I am looking for. Thank you

Hi man

Thank you very much for you help. Your attachment is great but actually in this attachment panels rotate completely but What I want is each triangle rotate like a mirror like my attachment.

I think everything what you need is in this definition so, if you do not like some details, then fix it as you like.
