How to achieve faceted quad tessellation?

Hi everyone, I am trying to use lunch box to achieve the following model:

But on lunchbox what would be the sequence to do the mirrored skewed quads?

Cause right now they are all in the same direction. 

Also how to facet them like the picture above?
 

In addition I am trying to apply finger joint on my model (top img) the panels has a thikness of 15mm I am looking for a script that can accurately design the faceted finger joints. this is an additional question I have which I would be greatful if anyone can help!!
