Looping feeding rhino objects in grasshopper using python component

Hi everone, 

I'm facing a problem and I didn't yet get a solution. So here I am. 

I'm creating a loop using the python component and I want this to ask me at some point to manually modify geometry in Rhino. Once this manual change has taken place, I want the script to respond to that change and create something else. 

A simple example in more detail: 

1)I create one point in grasshopper through python 

2)I create one rhino point object from the grasshopper point.

3)The algorithm must ask me to manually modify the position of that rhino point. 

Where I have the problems?

Step 3) - Is there a way to prompt the user to manually modify the position of rhino objects (not grassphopper points) from grasshopper through python component?
