algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I'm trying to make a simple loft from a rectangle to a circle. GH lofts it but doesn't do it to the closest point so it ends up folding in on itself. The wireframe and blue layer show what its doing. When I loft in rhino it does it correctly (gray model). If I could shift the quad points of the circle by 135 deg clockwise, it should work.

How can I make this happen?

Thanks for any help..

You can find an "align sections" option in the loft options. By default this is unchecked. Try with this option checked.

Sometimes this still does not behave as Rhino does. Then you will have to adjust the curves manually. Either you rotate the circles or use the "Seam" component to shift the seam (start/end) of any closed curve.
