Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi all,

Please forgive me if there have been numerous discussions about this but I was wondering if there was a way to use or somehow go about "interpolating on a srf"? Just as in Rhino where you can simply draw along a srf with designated pts I was wondering how you would do that in grasshopper. As seen in the picture, for example (I'm not specifically looking to make this curve but just the idea of having pts on the srf and being able to interpolate them around the srf they are on).  Getting the pts and having a logic of culling/weaving may not be the main prob but I am just more concerned if this process can be done accurately or does it involve long processes of projecting/attracting? Any ideas?

Many Thanks!

Going across a surface seam is tricky, but the [Curve On Surface] component is your only way forward I think.
