algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Is there a way to import items from sublayers in an external Rhino file?

I have been using the Input>Import 3DM component without issue to retrieve objects based on layer name, but am unsure how to retrieve an object based on it's sublayer location.

It works the same: just input the sub layer name.

Sorry I should have expanded upon by intended use:

In a Rhino file I have layers A,B,C,D,E,...,Z

In each layer I have sublayers 001,002,003,...,XXX

I am trying to define a way to import sublayer 001 from Parent layer A, where there is also a sublayer 001 present in each other Parent.

The issue is that for each layer with a sublayer 001, an object gets imported leaving me with many imported objects.

I can filter the data afterwards, I was just hoping for something a little more compact, perhaps a component I was unaware of.

It doesn't seem to be possible using the Pipeline. Apparently I did not make it sublayer aware.

Ok cool, that saves me looking through components forever haha.

I'm pretty new to Grasshopper and usually when something isn't working, I assume it's because I haven't yet found the component designed to specifically address that approach (usually there is one!)

Thanks for the reply
