Hi Julian,

the old fashioned VB component used Rhino_DotNET.dll. The new fangled VB component uses RhinoCommon.dll. The two are profoundly different and share no types.

You have to find the appropriate new class/method for doing something, which in certain cases may be difficult because it is in such a different place.

Have a look at Rhino.Geometry.Intersect.Intersection.RayShoot, it probably does what you need.
