How to start from a point perpendicularly and not the inverse?

Hello,

I'd like to make a grid on topolines.

It doesnt work weel the the closest point on a curve command. I get some trouble when the curves are too concaves or too convexes.

I'd like to try by leaving perpendicularly my point to touch the next curve instead of arriving perpendicularly on this next curve ?

Someone knows a solution by chance?
