How to give Order to the area or Cull then by method? easy question...

Hi, I want to extrude there area but not all, so, How can I cull them in pattern? As when I list them and see, all are zero so I cannot sort them into order. stupid question, can anyone help me? I just sucked in here for some hours lol

The highlighted are things that I want to cull them by some pattern, how can I do this? :(
