How to combine two lists using a certain pattern?

Hi everyone,

I have two lists that contain some lines. I want to create another list that combines these two in a certain pattern. I want to take the elements of the upper triangle matrix from one list and the rest of the matrix from the other list, while not altering the number of the branches. I've included two attachments that hopefully help explain this better.

EDIT sorry I looked at the image and misunderstood.... I'll have another go

Using Tree Statistics to generate a Series starting at 1 you can graft the results into a Split List component and get the desired Lists
