How to build a pipe (not only a surface - a volume) in GH?!

Hi :),

I'm a new Grasshopper-User and the problem I have, might be very easy to solve :P

I want to build a pipe (like the one on the picture I sticked to this post) witch is not only a surface. It should be a volume so I can use the STL to print it on the 3D-Printer.

Is there somebody who can help me?

You can simply do this by using "offset surface" component, here is an example:just check the attachment.

I tried it and it works, but the two caps of the pipe are also still there. 
So now the problem is, that the volume pipe is closed by a ground and a top. 

How do you get the Pipe without the Caps?
I have attached my code and the result of it in Rhino3D. I don't use a curve for input C at the pipe rather I used a Line.
Is there a mistake?

I think you will want to avoid boolean operations (though it might be the easiest to understand), here are two faster approaches (but not nearly as obvious...)

Is there a posibility to build volume pipes along a variable curve?
The opportunities I tried (Codes from Mahdiyar and Pieter Segeren) created a volume pipe along a curve but with closed top an bottom.
And the solution of Joseph Oster works only for straight pipes - or is there a posability to do it this way on variable curves?
I have attached my curve and the solution (curved pipe) I want to have.

I attached my two codes, where I tried it your way.
I try to do it the complete same way you did it or did I make some mistake?

Maybe I have a fundamentel problem to understand.
If there is a top and a buttom at the red preview picture - what will do the 3D-Printer if I take the stl. out of Rhino and want to print it?
The have no strength but they are excisting.
