How can I make a gridshell on this surface?

I know Rhino quite well but I am very new to Grasshopper. I want to make a grid wrap the shape with parallel lines. Im ultimately just trying to make even perforations in this shape. When I use the paneling tools it places the points on the wireframe but I am trying to make evenly spaced points.
