Honeybee - interior windows

Hi everyone,

I'm new to both this forum as well as to Honebee, Grasshopper and Rhino. Right now I am trying to simulate a commercial office building with interior gardens (glass roof). However, I was just curios on how you set up interior windows (windows between the interior gardens and the office spaces). Are Honeybee able to handle windows between two zones or must all windows be on the exterior facade?
