help corresponding a list with timers

Hello all - I am trying to use a constantly updating stream of data to create an array of shapes morphing over time.  For now, the stream is generated through reactivision/firefly and I want to be able to take out specific pieces of data at specific intervals using a timer.  Thus, at position (0,0,0) I have shape A at time 0:00; at position (0,10,0) shape B at time 0:05, etc etc; where the shapes are generated by what is happening in the data stream at each time.

I cannot figure out a way to sync the timer with the list.  Does anybody know if there is something parallel to what would be a time-based "list item" component, or if there is another way?
