Grasshopper Plugins not loading on my Windows Profile

I am having issues with my grasshopper plugins.

I work in an office where I have to install everything through the administrator profile on my machine and then login with my own persona profile. (typical office)

When I open grasshopper in rhino 4 and 5 with the admin profile everything is loaded and works fine. But when I log in with my personal account and open grasshopper, all the plugins are not there.

I am the first person in my office pushing the use of this program and thus IT are not familiar with how to go about fixing such problems (i dont have this problem on my home computer). Would any one be able to provide me with any advice or help inorder to trouble shoot this problem????????????

 Thanks

The grasshopper library path is located in subfolder of the current user. Some options:

a) copy the content of this folder for every user that needs access to non-default plugins

c) add a search path to a user independent folder and copy all plugins you want to share along users.
