grabbing a tree branch

Hey guys I'm trying to extract a tree branch with TT Toolbox's tree branch index.. Usually it works fine but here its extracting the "second degree" branch.. And I want the branch which contains all the small branch's..

You can use Ctrl+Shift+Q to make an image of the Grasshopper canvas if you can't use PrintScreen for some reason...

if anyone has a similar problem, split tree is the tool
