Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello all this is my first post, so before anything else I want to say thanks for a great plugin. This makes maths soo fun!

I am using grasshopper in two places and work on a quad core machine and at home on a laptop. Both reasonably solid machines more than comfortable rendering complex visuals etc..

I have noticed that when using grasshopper everything runs smoothly until I start generating meshes/nurbs surfaces as opposed to line and points. Once I have more complex geometry I find interacting with the definition stuttering.

Is this because I am not creating efficient definition?
Is it that as the moment the plugin is on 32bit and no maximizing on the other cores available?

In addition is there any intention of to explore the new CUDA and openCL environments to aid is creating smooth interaction with complex definitions?

I know this is possibly further down the line and all the answers may depend of the eventual release of Rhino 5, but I am keen to perhaps start a discussion now since I can see one.
